Tom O'Keefe, Co-Founder & Manager
An attorney by trade and the Manager of the various Blue Tarp entities, Tom grew up in New York where, as a young boy, he tagged along with his grandfather, Jerry O’Sullivan, to Aqueduct Race Track and Belmont Park. After making his way to New Orleans for law school in the early
80’s, Tom married and has stayed in the area ever since while avidly following the national racing scene with a particular fondness for the life of the backstretch and its inner workings. A Fair Grounds regular for years, he also loves to spend parts of August at Saratoga.
